Your ProctR will invite you to join ProctR. Simply create your account using the invitation link and set up your payment method.
Most tenants use ProctR at no cost! Some payment methods may have small processing fees. Check our pricing page for complete details.
Currently, we only accept ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Automatic payments are coming soon! For now, tenants need to manually make rent payments each month through the ProctR platform.
