Help & Support

Email support@proctr.app and a person will answer. There is no ticket queue, no bot, and no phone tree.

If you are writing from inside the app — the Help & Support screen in the menu — the message is already addressed and tagged for you. Everything below is for when you would rather write to us directly.

What to include

We can almost always act on the first reply if the message has these:

  • The email address on your account. If you are writing from a different address, say so.
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • The reference code, if the problem is about a specific invoice, lease, or payment. Codes look like INV-AB12CD34 and appear on the item itself.
  • Your device, if something looks wrong — iPhone, Android, or a web browser, and which one.

Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, or bank account numbers. We will never ask for them, and we do not need them to help you.

Common things

You cannot sign in. Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to send yourself a reset link. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder before writing in — and tell us which address you used, so we can see whether it left our side.

You did not get an email or a notification. Check your notification preferences first, under User Settings. If they look right, write in with the rough date and what the message would have been about.

A payment or payout looks wrong. Send us the reference code and leave the item alone — do not retry a payment that may have already gone through. We can see the full history on our side and would rather untangle one attempt than two.

You want to close your account. The steps are on the account deletion page, along with an honest account of what deletion removes and what we are required to keep.

Someone has asked you to join a property. Access needs both sides: the invitation has to be sent and it has to be accepted. If a property is not showing up, the usual cause is that one half is still outstanding.

Reporting something urgent

If you believe someone has gained access to your account, email us with "Urgent" in the subject and we will prioritise it.

For anything involving immediate danger to a person or a property, contact your local emergency services first. ProctR is not an emergency service, and we cannot dispatch anyone.

Privacy and terms

Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, what we keep, and for how long. Our Terms and Conditions cover the rest of the relationship.

If you want to know specifically what we hold about you, email support@proctr.app and ask.
